Insecure men are sure to turn the ladies off! Women are not interested in a man they are having to reassure all the time. Why would a beautiful, confident, successful, funny, "CATCH" of a women be interested in a man who doesn't think he is interesting enough or worth her time.
Men who make fun of themselves or insinuate that other men are more interesting/attractive, give off the insecure vibe. This makes a man seem weak and no women wants a weak insecure man! Women find confidence sexy.
Now, with that said, TREAD LIGHTLY! Men who are too confident, who come off cocky & pompous are turn-off #4!
